AariZah Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
At AariZah, each piece is handcrafted with care by our Kashmiri artisans. Due to the nature of our products—often made-to-order and delicately embroidered—we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure the integrity of craftsmanship and hygiene.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You have received a wrong product.
- The item delivered is damaged or defective.
- The size received is different from what was ordered.

We do not accept returns for:
- Minor variations in color or embroidery, as each product is handcrafted.
- Products purchased during sale, discounted events, or custom-made orders.
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or with signs of use.
3. Timeframe for Returns
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Email us at contact@aarizah.com with your order number, issue details, and unboxing video/pictures of the item.
4. Return Process
1. Send an email with your concern and visual proof (images/videos).
2. Our team will review and approve valid claims within 3–5 working days.
3. Once approved, we’ll coordinate a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable).
4. Products must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only for approved returns.
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and quality-checked.
In case of non-serviceable reverse pickup areas, customers may be asked to self-ship, and shipping costs will be reimbursed (up to ₹150) upon providing valid courier receipt.
 
6. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only for apparel and subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Post that, we may have begun processing and will not be able to cancel.
To cancel, email us immediately at contact@aarizah.com with your order details.
8. Non-Refundable Products
The following products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on sale or under promotions
- Personal care items (e.g., organic honey, saffron, teas)
9. Disclaimer
We reserve the right to deny any return/exchange/refund request if the product is found to be used, washed, or tampered with.
Refund decisions rest solely with AariZah’s quality check and operations team.
