At AariZah, we take pride in delivering handcrafted Kashmiri apparel, home décor, and valley organic products to our valued customers across India. Every product is carefully packed to ensure its safe arrival and quality maintenance.

Shipping Locations

• Domestic Shipping: Available across all major cities and towns in India.

• International Shipping: Currently unavailable.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Orders containing custom or made-to-order items may require 12–15 business days to be processed.

Shipping Charges

• India: Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹5,000. Orders below this threshold will be charged a flat fee of ₹100.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Domestic: 5–10 business days after dispatch depending on the delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order through the “Track Your Order” page on our website.

Delays and Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, regional lockdowns, or courier service disruptions. AariZah is not liable for such delays. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist with tracking and resolution.

Packaging

All our products are shipped in eco-conscious, tamper-proof packaging to protect the product and ensure a premium unboxing experience.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. AariZah is not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply to re-dispatch the product.

Undelivered or Lost Orders

In rare instances of lost parcels, we will raise a claim with our courier partner and offer a replacement or refund after resolution. Please allow up to 15 business days for this process.
